  1. Playlists must be provided no later than two weeks before the first competition.

  2. Non-ticketed sports will be given an iPad or other device to be able to control their music at their home events. Marketing will invest in a Spotify Premium Family account for all devices to have access to.

  3. Teams who are unable to provide a playlist prior to the two week to first competition date can choose from one of our pre-built approved playlists.

  4. Submitted playlists must be 90 minutes. Additional default Spotify playlists are available for teams looking for music prior to when the game clock starts.

  5. The original lyrics of the music cannot contain explicit language or references (drug, sexual, etc). Clean versions or radio edits do not always remove all the language or references making it critical for team representatives building their playlists to closely listen through their playlist prior to submitting.

  6. Songs that are thought to be questionable or “on the fence” are strongly advised to not be included. Playlists submitted that have more than FIVE (5) clear oversights will be required to use one of the pre-built approved playlists for the season and will not have the chance to make changes.

  7. All songs and playlists will be used at the final discretion of the marketing and operations departments.

  8. To submit your playlist, build it on Spotify (you do not need Premium to do this) and use the Share Playlist link: (See Below Screenshot)

  9. Playlists (and questions) must be sent to the following emails:

You will receive notice of playlist approval and link to use within 48 hours of competition.
**Pre-mixed playlists will not be accepted.
